approximately .321 of an Acre (Property 1): Property located on S. Walton Street, Blooming Grove, Texas 76626, and further described as City
of Blooming Grove Lots 8, 9, and 10 of Block K and consisting of approximately .483 of an Acre (Property 2)
Interested parties may contact the District's Real Estate Agent, Laura Smith to request a copy of the Bid Package. The Bid Package details
the proposed conveyance, reservations(including a reservation of the of the gas, minerals and groundwater), and other important information as to the Property. Bidder's may bid on both Properties or an individual Property; ALL BIDS MUST BE SUBMITTED ON THE DISTRICT'S FORM PROVIDED IN THE BID PACKAGE. The Board of Trustees will accept or reject the proposed bids at their regular meeting on Thursday February 26th 2026 at Blooming Grove High School Library at 212 W, Grady St, Blooming Grove, Texas 76626.
