Why I’m Doing This Differently

After years in real estate, I felt called to create something different: a brokerage built on support, transparency, and shared success. At Intege Realty, agents and employees aren’t just part of the business—they’re partners in it. Together, we’re building a model where the people doing the work share in the rewards, shaping a brighter future for everyone.

The first 25 agents to join Intege Realty will be recognized as our Founders Club. Once we reach 50 agents, these founding members will collectively receive 5% of the company’s net profits, paid out annually beginning December 31 of the year we reach 50 agents.

In addition, all agents—including Founders—who have been with us for at least one full year will be eligible for our 10% company-wide profit share. This ensures that everyone who contributes to our growth shares in the success. The first payout will also begin on December 31 of the year we reach 50 agents.
