About 9299 Sky Meadow Point
Discover Sundown, an exclusive new gated community in Franktown where two-acre homesites, mature trees, sweeping mountain views and deeded water rights create a rare opportunity to build your dream home. With only 17 homesites and more than 32 acres preserved as open space, Sundown offers privacy and peaceful country living within easy reach of Castle Rock, Parker and the Denver Tech Center. Choose a secluded, tree-lined setting or a homesite showcasing extraordinary mountain views. Each lot offers two full acres, providing abundant space for a custom home and exceptional outdoor living. Community infrastructure is underway and expected to be completed in November. There is no HOA. Sundown is served by a metro district with a low anticipated levy of 40 mills, which supports the community’s infrastructure and ongoing maintenance. The levy is an estimate and may change; complete district disclosures will be provided to buyers.
