Some would say it’s a crazy time to be launching a real estate brokerage. And hey—they're not wrong. Protests, politics, immigration, lawsuits, MLS drama... even the market itself is taking a nap. It’s noisy out there.

But despite the chaos (or maybe because of it), I felt more compelled than ever to do something grounded. To do the right thing. Not because it's always profitable—but because I believe in doing right by people. And yes, I like sleeping well at night.

After years in this industry, I realized I was stuck in a loop—a place where I couldn't fully be myself or build the kind of culture I believe is needed for long-term success. So, I decided to stop trying to fix something broken and instead build something better. A place where doing the right thing isn’t the exception—it’s the standard.

So why now? Because I believe people are craving something real. Something built with heart. Something that stands for—yep, I’m going to say it—Integrity.

Now, I know. That word is on every mission statement and “About Us” page in the world. But real integrity? That’s showing up with honesty, accountability, and strength of character—even when it’s hard. Especially when it’s hard.

As someone who’s trained and mentored agents for over 20 years, I’ve always told them: When something feels off, pay attention. That discomfort is probably one of your core values getting bumped. I used to ignore that feeling for the sake of others. Not anymore. It’s time I practiced what I preached.

I’ve never been more excited to create something that aligns with who I am—and help other agents do the same. Intege Realty was born out of that vision. “Intege” is short for Integrity and Experience, two things I believe every great agent (and every great brokerage) should stand on.

This is just the beginning.  If you know me and you are reading this - I just want to say thank you.  Everyone I've encountered in this world has helped me learn to be whom I am today.

Thanks for reading—this one came straight from my heart ❤️ (and my laptop ????).
